1. Acceptance of Terms

FlowGround is a product of NullFortis Security ("NullFortis", "we", "us"). By accessing or using FlowGround (flowgrounds.nullfortis.com and its subdomains), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and, where applicable, NullFortis's general Terms & Conditions for its website and services. If you do not agree, please do not use FlowGround.

2. Description of Service

FlowGround is an educational and architecture-design simulator. Its Business Mode and Technical Mode simulations run entirely in your browser and involve no backend of any kind. Its Architecture Playground lets you build request-flow diagrams, optionally save them to an account, and optionally use an AI assistant ("AI Architect") to help build or edit a diagram. Individual accounts are free, with monthly limits on saved diagrams and AI Architect messages. Business accounts purchase a pool of seat licenses for their team, billed on a recurring cycle, as described below.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Individual accounts include a free monthly allowance of saved diagrams and AI Architect messages. A business account's admin manages seat licenses, invites team members, and may customize the monthly allowances that apply to their own team, within the limits of their purchased plan.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Business plans are billed on a quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly cycle, consisting of a base platform fee plus a per-seat fee, charged via our payment processor, Razorpay. Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand. A business admin may purchase additional seats at any time; the added cost is prorated onto the current billing cycle. Cancelling a plan takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — access and seats remain active until then, and no partial-period charge is refunded solely for cancelling early (see Section 5, Refunds).

5. Refunds

Refunds are provided only if FlowGround is unavailable for use — that is, if the service you paid for cannot be accessed due to an outage or failure on our side for a sustained period. In that case, contact us and we will assess a refund or credit proportional to the downtime. Outside of that circumstance, no refunds are provided — including for a change of mind, unused seats, partial billing periods after cancellation, or dissatisfaction with the service. This applies equally to payments made to NullFortis for a business plan and, where applicable, to payments a business's own members make to that business for a resold seat (see Section 6) — NullFortis is not a party to that second transaction and does not adjudicate refunds for it.

6. Business Seat Resale

A business account may, where this feature is available, optionally charge its own team members directly for their seat, at a price and billing interval the business sets. Where offered, that is a transaction between the business and its member — NullFortis facilitates the payment processing but is not a party to it, does not set or approve the price, and bears no responsibility for the business's pricing, billing practices, or any dispute arising between a business and its own member over a resold seat.

7. AI Architect & Third-Party AI Providers

The AI Architect feature sends your messages and the current canvas state to a third-party AI provider — Anthropic, OpenAI, or a self-hosted/BYOK Ollama server, depending on configuration — to generate a response. If you supply your own API key or Ollama server, that traffic goes directly to the provider you configured, under that provider's own terms; otherwise it goes through a provider we've configured on your behalf. AI Architect output is generated automatically and provided for educational and informational purposes only — it is not professional security, architecture, or engineering advice, and you are responsible for reviewing and validating anything it produces before relying on it.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use FlowGround only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the service's normal operation, probe or scan it for vulnerabilities without prior written authorisation, attempt to bypass account quotas or billing, or use automated means to scrape or overload the service.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on FlowGround, including its educational content, design, code, and the FlowGround and NullFortis names and branding, is the property of NullFortis unless otherwise noted. Diagrams you build and save remain yours; by using FlowGround you grant us only the limited right to store and process them as needed to provide the service to you.

10. No Warranty

FlowGround is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to the accuracy of its educational content or AI-generated output.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NullFortis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of FlowGround, including any decision made in reliance on AI Architect output or any dispute arising from a business's seat resale to its own members.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms. A business admin may cancel their plan at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable local law in the jurisdiction where NullFortis is registered to operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Company Registration

NullFortis Security is registered as a Micro, Small & Medium Enterprise (MSME) under the Udyam Registration scheme of the Government of India, Registration Number UDYAM-TN-09-0116962.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of FlowGround after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
